What if I'm not certain that I actually have ADHD?

You might think that If you have ADHD you're probably aware of it, but surprisingly, many people don't realize they have ADHD until their child or friend has it. Be sure to ask the doctor what are other possible causes of your symptoms.

Can ADHD be cured?

There is no way to “cure” ADHD, but some people may grow out of it or notice lesser symptoms as they get older. By combining different elements of treatment like medication, education, skills training and psychological counseling people are able to better manage their ADHD and lead fulfilling lives.

It takes time to build habits, but we all need reminders. Make a daily planner or a timetable to be followed. Use a Google Home device to set reminders so you don't miss things.
